Dating back to the mid-1800s, The SO began life as a tea warehouse and still carries the character of its industrial past. Three original warehouse buildings have been carefully restored and brought together as one address, retaining their original brickwork, tiles, columns and architectural details.
The result is a workspace with a sense of history you simply cannot recreate. Original features sit alongside contemporary interiors, creating offices and shared spaces that feel distinctive, considered and completely of their place.
