Laundry studios is the best coworking space I’ve used over 7 years in London. A fantastic blend of beautiful and functional. Lots of natural light on the main floor, a free-to-use ‘Monitor room’ that saves me lugging in my portable one in every day, and lots of perks and events organised by an unbelievably welcoming community team. Props to Kayla and Meaghan!

We recently moved offices and, after visiting a few places, came across Laundry Studios with Oneder in London Fields — and as soon as we walked in, I knew this was the place for our team! It’s a beautiful new build with plenty of space, including private offices, hot desks, booths, and even a training room.
Within a few weeks, we got the all-clear to move in, and honestly, this space has exceeded all expectations.
First off, the reception team — Shayla and Meaghan — are absolute stars! They’re always friendly, smiling, and ready to help with anything we need.
The facilities are outstanding:
A fully equipped gym, which I use five days a week — all brand new equipment!
A free coffee machine with both oat and regular milk (plus syrups — my favorite!).
Free yoga classes every Wednesday with the lovely Meldried — her sessions leave me feeling relaxed and recharged.
A built-in cinema room with monthly movie nights — complete with free popcorn!
Free pastries once a month (and they’re delicious!).
A free Stretch & Postural Alignment session with KALA, which was amazing.
A monthly smoothie bar where you can blend your own free smoothie — so fun!
And regular community socials with drinks and snacks — a great way to meet others in the building.
It’s an incredible place to work — vibrant, modern, and full of positive energy. I can’t recommend Laundry Studios with Oneder enough if you’re looking for a new office space in London.

Laundry Studios has quickly become one of my favourite places to work and connect. It truly feels like a third space, thoughtfully designed with beautiful artwork, intentional areas for productivity, and a buzzing, welcoming community. The atmosphere is inspiring without being overwhelming, and there’s a real sense of belonging here. Huge shoutout to Kayla and Meghan, whose warmth and care are a big part of what makes the space so special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a creative and community-led workspace!
Fantastic office a stone's throw from London Fields. Lots of natural light, great facilities (kitchens, gym, cinema, etc.) with plenty of meeting rooms and call booths (never a struggle to find one) and soooo many cool events and perks that you'll never want to leave! Also have the best team of any office I've ever worked at — shout out to Meaghan and Kayla!
I do maintenance work in this building, and it’s always a pleasure to be here. The offices are clean, well-managed, and have a great atmosphere. A special shoutout to Meaghan and Keylah at the concierge desk — they’re always professional, friendly, and go out of their way to help everyone who comes through the door. Excellent team all around!
The space is nicely decorated. Plenty of relax space to focus. It is well look after. It is also a lovly area of London to be. There is a lot of nice places to eat around the Studios. Thanks to kayla and Meaghan for their great welcome.
Co-working space close to transport outings. Really relaxing atmosphere with tall ceiling and nice decor. Very lovely, welcoming staff
The perfect coworking space. Sociable, well designed, mix of working spaces, phone booths always available, modern gym that's rarely busy, secure bike storage, excellent location, good coffee, dog-friendly! But more than anything Meaghan and Kayla the community team make it such a welcoming place and put on loads of events from yoga, smoothie bars, and monthly socials.

A recently opened coworking and office space from Oneder, who also run Shoreditch Exchange. Things have been running smoothly overall here. Some minor issues with taking payments through the online portal. There is a room with second monitors, always handy. Also, Meaghan at the front desk found and returned my lost waterproof coat!

Had a great experience hosting a team offsite for 30 people at Onder, Shoreditch Exchange. Big thanks to Charlie for setting everything up brilliantly. We enjoyed the big sunny room (and the added bonus of a terrace!) and all the amenities in the space. Highly recommend!
Found this co-working space via Hubble and have come a few times. Lovely working environment with loads of different rooms to get work done. The staff are also super friendly, especially Rachel who has helped wherever possible 🙂 Plus free coffee!
